It has been a long standing Great Hearts’ tradition to give a collective thank you gift to our teachers around the holiday season. In previous years, this campaign ran November through December.
We are often asked: “How much?” We recommend $50 per student, but feel free to give more or less based on your family’s situation- no amount is too small.
We encourage your entire family to write notes of gratitude and appreciation to your teachers or any member of the North Phoenix Prep staff.
We have chosen to improve upon our endeavors to give generously to our teachers and to pair it with the fall season. Fall is already a season rich in the tradition of giving thanks and expressing gratitude. The shift for collecting donations from December to November will allow families to focus on this campaign before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season begins. This holiday gift-giving opportunity provides a chance for parents and students to shower our amazing faculty with appreciation and love collectively and at one special time.
In lieu of holiday gifts for faculty and staff, we invite all North Phoenix families to participate in this annual holiday giving campaign. Show your heartfelt appreciation by contributing a one-time monetary gift to be distributed evenly among faculty and staff at our Teacher Appreciation Luncheon in December. Last year, our community was able to gift over two hundred dollars to all full-time faculty members!
Crossover families- those who also have Archway students please follow this LINK to be directed to the Archway Greatful Hearts site.
This program has been a great success in the past and we hope to continue that tradition this year! The Parent Service Organization thanks you for your generosity and support.
